Shipping policy

We ship across the United Kingdom, with every order fully tracked to your door.

Delivery times

• Standard tracked: 6–9 working days after dispatch.
• Dispatch usually occurs within 1–3 working days of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking link by email when your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on UK orders over £50.
• Orders under £50: £3.95 flat rate, fully tracked.

Customs & duties

The price you see is the price you pay. Import duties and taxes on UK orders are settled before your parcel is dispatched, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery and no handling fee from the courier.

Where your order ships from

Marettimo Studio pieces are produced by our manufacturing partners in China and ship directly from there to your address in the UK, fully tracked. That is why delivery takes 6–9 working days rather than next day — and it is a large part of why the prices are what they are.

Where we ship

At launch, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not currently ship to BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. We expect to expand to the EU and EEA in the coming season.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, treat it as delayed and email us at hello@marettimostudio.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
